Atwell is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee land development projects, primarily retail and industrial in Dallas, TX. What You'll Do: • Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations., • Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis., • Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations., • Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm's growth and success., • Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency., • Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment., • Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards., • Licensure: A Professional Engineer license preferred., • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies., • Experience: Proven track record in managing land development projects., • Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities., • Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
