Reporting into our CEO, Ad Populum’s Management Trainee Program offers recent graduates a tailored, rotational experience designed to develop your skills and align with your career interests. Through personalized learning and hands-on projects across key areas like Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Logistics, Design, and more, you’ll gain broad exposure to our business and “fast-track” your growth. Paired with experienced leaders in each rotation, you’ll receive mentorship and lead impactful projects that prepare you for a mid-level management role. This program empowers you to collaborate across teams, make meaningful contributions to the costume and party industry, and advance your career. Responsibilities: • Create Marketing decks, participate in pitch decks, and learn how to create business plans., • Take part in a three-year rotational program, completing six (6) month assignments across different areas of the business to gain well-rounded experience., • Learn directly from experienced leaders and mentors to build essential skills for career growth., • Collaborate with multiple departments to understand how each function contributes to overall business goals., • Lead high-impact projects that help that drive business results and enhance operational performance., • Support strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions., • Create and present product concepts, data insights, merchandise strategies, and business recommendations that promote innovation, growth, and effective decision-making. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in any major from a College or University., • A cumulative 3.5 GPA minimum., • Proven leadership with the ability to make decisions and influence results with others., • Excellent written and verbal communication., • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills., • Analytical experience working with data and discovering trends., • Skilled in creating marketing and presentation decks., • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and curious problem-solver., • Ability to work in-office with potential for off-site travel, based on department and company needs.
