This is a mother's helper position. I am a single mom with two kids with autism and intellectual disability and behavioral struggles. My kids need a lot of supervision and redirection/modeling and require two adults. My younger daughter is 12 but like a 4 year old in many ways and needs constant supervision for safety. My 14 year old is more independent but can become dysregulated periodically and has significant ADHD.
