Job Description We are hiring part-time in the afternoon for the position of Registered Behavior Technician. This is a great position for people who love working with children and current or recent psychology or social work graduates. Very flexible with scheduling needs and able to increase to a full-time position, dependent on client availability. Registered Behavior Technician Expectations: • 1:1 in-home therapy with 2-4-hour long sessions, • Implement protocols, collect data, and communicate with supervising BCBA, • 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, in progress or complete bachelor's degree preferred, • Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week, with after-school hours preferred, • Current Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to attain certification prior to starting (sign-on bonus available)., • Reliable transportation, and valid driver's license, auto registration, and auto insurance, • Childcare, nanny, babysitting, • Behavioral health, • Teaching
