Job Description Role Overview The North America IT Engineer will oversee and support the information technology operations for AB Dynamics North American affiliated group companies. This role involves managing and supporting IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. The role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and compliant IT environments, including network infrastructure, end-user computing, cybersecurity, website support, and data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations). This hands-on leadership position ensures IT systems align with business objectives while proactively supporting growth, security, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: IT Operations Management • Manage and support computer inventory, software applications, updates and deployment, • Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 environments across all companies., • Administer Microsoft Defender security platforms and respond to security events, • Oversee the design, development and maintenance of each company's independent network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks).
