Job Summary The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for the daily management of assigned patients on the hematology oncology inpatient service, to include general hematology-oncologic patients, such as those admitted to receive chemotherapy, fever and neutropenia, sickle cell pain crisis, or those requiring a stem cell transplant. This position will demonstrate a high degree of critical thinking and clinical expertise. The APP is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, consultation, and health promotion and care coordination for patients and families Scheduled Hours: Variable rotating 12° shifts including nights and weekends required.
