Job Description About the Opportunity Sunland Group, Inc. (Sunland) is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team! We’re a growing multidisciplinary firm with 40 years of experience in program management and construction management, architecture, and civil land development, with offices in Texas, Colorado, and New Jersey. As the firm continues to grow, we’re adding a Marketing Specialist to support firmwide marketing goals and strengthen our submittals, materials, and communications. This role supports those efforts through RFQ responses for prime and teamed opportunities, digital content for social media and the website, brand and collateral development, internal communications, and coordination of events and other firmwide initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities The Marketing Specialist will support marketing activities assigned by the Marketing Manager, including: · Manage the full life cycle of RFQ and SOQ submissions for prime and teamed opportunities, including requirements review, content development, assembly, quality review, delivery, and close-out · Develop and format interview materials · Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, fact sheets, and related content · Support brand consistency across marketing materials · Create content for social media and the website · Assist with internal communications · Maintain marketing files, templates, and project information · Assist with planning company events · Assist with coordinating volunteer efforts · Assist with conference coordination and related materials · Other duties required to support the Marketing Department Requirements and Qualifications · Minimum three years of experience in AEC marketing · Strong writing, editing, and communication skills · Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong proficiency in InDesign · Familiarity with Canva for graphics and digital content · Knowledge and experience with Later (social media management tool) and Monday CRM a plus · Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple deadlines with little oversight · Strong research and proofreading skills · Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners · Collaborative mindset and a positive approach to teamwork · Self-directed, comfortable taking initiative, and able to solve problems independently · Growth mindset and interest in learning new tools and processes Benefits · Employee medical: 100% employer paid · Employee Dental: 100% employer paid · Life and AD&D: 100% employer paid · Vision insurance · Long term and short-term disability · Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care · Education support · Paid volunteer time · 401(k) eligible for enrollment at 6 months with 4% match,100% vested day one. · Flexible Time Off · Paid holidays · Paid sick leave If you’re interested, please forward your resume to .
