It's bandwidth. Byron (our founder) is carrying estimating, client relationships, AND project oversight. That's the gap we're hiring to close. We're not looking for a project administrator. We're recruiting a 2nd-in-command for the field. THE PATH Project Manager — Year 1: $85,000 You take ownership of active project tracking: schedules, budgets, client communication, crew coordination, and status updates. Byron still owns estimating and client relationships. You own execution once the job is sold. Senior Project Manager — Year 2+: $90,000–$110,000 You've proven the system works without Byron in the middle of it. Jobs close on time. Clients get proactive updates before they ask. The team trusts your direction. You're running multiple projects simultaneously across the Raleigh market. Operations Leader — Year 3+ (as we expand): As we open into South Carolina and Virginia, the person who's built the project engine becomes the person who helps build the next one.
