We treat a broad range of conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Addiction, TBI, and Neuropathic Pain. Our practice specializes in interventional psychiatry, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), and IM Ketamine therapy, providing patients access to cutting-edge treatments in a supportive, well-resourced clinical environment. Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This role offers exceptional flexibility, with opportunities for part-time, after-hours, weekend, or PRN coverage, structured through mutual agreement. You will report directly to our current Medical Director, working collaboratively within an established clinical leadership structure. The position is primarily focused on direct patient care, with an emphasis on medication management, psychotherapy, and interventional psychiatry services. A hybrid schedule is available, combining telehealth and on-site care based on patient needs and provider availability. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient care, • Deliver medication management for a wide range of psychiatric conditions, • Provide psychotherapy, as clinically appropriate, • Evaluate, treat, and manage patients receiving TMS therapy, • Prescribe and manage Spravato (esketamine) treatment protocols, • Administer and oversee IM Ketamine treatments, in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines, • Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary clinical team, • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), • Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, state, and federal requirements) Required Qualifications • Board-Certified Psychiatrist (required), • Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (required), • Active Florida DEA license (required), • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school, • Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred, • Comfort with medication management and interventional psychiatry, • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, • Experience with telepsychiatry platforms and EHR systems preferred Work Schedule & Flexibility • Part-time, after-hours, weekend, or PRN availability, • Hybrid model: telehealth and on-site care, • Schedule structured collaboratively based on provider availability and clinic needs, • No mandatory call unless agreed upon Compensation & Practice Support • 1099 Independent Contractor structure, • Competitive compensation based on experience, services provided, and availability, • Full administrative and clinical support, • Established patient volume with referral support, • Access to advanced psychiatric treatment programs (TMS, Spravato, IM Ketamine) Why Join NeuroHealth? • Highly flexible scheduling, • Focus on clinical care without excessive administrative burden, • Collaborative leadership and supportive medical direction, • Opportunity to work in a modern interventional psychiatry setting, • Long-term part-time or PRN opportunities available How to Apply If you are a Board-Certified Psychiatrist licensed in Florida and seeking a flexible, hybrid outpatient opportunity, we would love to connect with you.
