Job Description Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in our Dallas office! You will be responsible for preparing financial statements & payroll reports for our Clients. Responsibilities: • Reconcile Clients Bank Account(s)., • Computerization, Journal entries, and using excel, • Communicate with clients to answer questions, • Perform data entry and administrative duties, • Preparation of 941 and Payroll Deposits, State Unemployment, 940, Sales Tax, • Training on Successful and Proven Software Provided, • Previous experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping, • Minimum of 5 years experience, • Fundamental knowledge of Bookkeeping, • Ability to prioritize and multitask, • Strong organizational skills, • Deadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionWe are a long-time established firm, in the North Dallas area.
