Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Clinical Nurse Coordinator, • Discipline: RN, • Start Date: ASAP, • Duration: Ongoing, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 8 hours, • Employment Type: Staff Location: Cityview Pediatric Gynecology Department: Pediatric Gynecology Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Clinical Coordinator I has the ability to articulate a compelling, actionable vision for the unit/department. He or she facilitates teamwork and unit pride by advocating for an environment that promotes quality patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure patient and physician satisfaction. The Clinical Coordinator I has the authority, accountability, and responsibility for the management of patient care within his/her respective areas. Areas of responsibility will include nursing practice, physician relations, personnel management, staff development and positive customer relations. This position will demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills within the department of oversight. Education & Experience: * BSN Preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting. * Advanced certification in field of specialty preferred. * Previous leadership experience preferred. * Experience in Gynecology preferred.
