Job Description DC is seeking an organized, proactive Design Build Project Manager to oversee multiple projects through all phases of the design-build process. This role is responsible for coordinating clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure drawings, schedules, and deliverables stay aligned from project kickoff through final delivery and continued build support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track, anticipating risks, and driving solutions that support quality outcomes and client satisfaction. This is an onsite role based out of our HQ in Damascus, Oregon, and requires consistent in-office presence (with potential for a limited hybrid schedule over time). Important Note: This is not an onsite home-building Project Manager role. Our project lifecycle typically runs from design through fabrication and shipping of a complete material package, followed by remote contractor build support through project completion. Job Description Position Summary: The Assistant Manager demonstrates a commitment to upholding standards for excellence in food quality, guest experience and staff development.
