What you will do • Act as primary client contact for safety leadership, • Manage on-call tasks from scope through closeout, • Translate requests into clear plans, schedules, staffing, and deliverables, • Oversee safety programs including SMS, Safety and Security Certification, and Risk-Based Inspection, • Ensure alignment with FTA, OSHA, and industry standards, • Lead audits, corrective actions, and hazard tracking, • Manage teams, budgets, and timelines, • Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance, • Provide clear updates, reports, and executive summaries What you bring • 10 plus years in safety, compliance, or program management, • Experience in transit, transportation, infrastructure, or other regulated environments, • Background in audits, inspections, or compliance programs, • Strong project leadership and communication skills, • Working knowledge of OSHA or FTA requirements, • Experience with safety management systems and risk mitigation Nice to have • Certifications such as CSP, ASP, PMP, SMS, or similar, • Transit experience, including bus or rail, • Familiarity with APTA or State Safety Oversight, • Experience with dashboards, reporting, or audit tracking tools Benefits • 15 days paid time off, • 11 paid holidays, • Medical, dental, and vision, • Voluntary short-term disability, life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, whole life plus, identity theft, and legal support, • 401 k, • Employee Assistance Program Compensation $55.29 $74.52 Hourly, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications PEMCCO, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
