JRN #2379 A high-growth tech company is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to support its Founder and CEO. This is a highly demanding, high-trust role that is predominantly focused on personal support, with some executive coordination as needed. The principal operates at an extremely fast pace, with constant changes, high expectations, and a need for someone who can anticipate, adapt, and execute without hesitation. This role requires a true right hand who is relentlessly detail-oriented, resourceful, and solutions-driven, someone who will always find a way to get things done. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-pressure environment, is available around the clock when needed, and takes full ownership over both day-to-day logistics and more complex personal matters. Responsibilities • Oversee a constantly evolving personal and professional calendar, ensuring seamless coordination across all priorities, • Act as a true gatekeeper and right hand, managing all incoming requests, communications, and follow-ups, • Heavily support the principal on the personal side, including lifestyle management, vendor coordination, ad hoc requests and handling personal projects from start to finish, • Take full ownership of complex personal tasks (e.g., sourcing for specific requests, negotiating on behalf of the principal, managing household needs etc.), • Coordinate domestic travel, often on short notice, with detailed and efficient itineraries, • Be available and responsive outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as needs arise, • Provide light executive support as needed, including helping to track action items, follow-ups, and internal meeting cadence, • Anticipate needs before they arise and operate with a proactive, solutions-first mindset, • Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment Qualifications • 5+ years of experience supporting a high-level executive or UHNW individual in a heavily PA-focused role, • Proven ability to operate in a highly demanding, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment, • Exceptional attention to detail, nothing slips through the cracks, • Resourceful, scrappy, and persistent; able to figure things out and execute no matter the challenge, • Strong experience on the personal side, including lifestyle management, travel, and high-touch support, • Highly responsive, flexible, and comfortable with a 24/7 mentality when needed, • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving instincts, • Strong communication skills with the ability to act on behalf of the principal when required, • Based in Los Angeles and comfortable working full-time in-office Location • Full-time, West Los Angeles, • Daily in-office presence required, with flexibility to travel as needed with the Principal, • Hours are fluid and extend beyond standard business hours as required Compensation: $150,000 base Pocketbook Agency is acting solely as a recruiting and placement firm for this position and is not the employer of record for this role unless otherwise explicitly stated.
