Job DescriptionPuesto: Asociado de Producción 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Descripción del puesto Como trabajador de producción, participará directamente en el procesamiento práctico, la clasificación y el envasado de alimentos. Este puesto requiere trabajar en una línea de montaje dentro de un entorno de almacenamiento en frío y con temperatura controlada, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad. Responsabilidades Procesar productos del mar mediante corte, limpieza, recorte y porcionado, de acuerdo con las especificaciones de la empresa. Clasificar las materias primas y los productos terminados basándose en el tamaño, el peso y los estándares de calidad. Envasar los productos en bandejas, bolsas o cajas, y sellarlos utilizando maquinaria automatizada de envasado al vacío. Colocar etiquetas precisas de peso, fecha y producto en los paquetes terminados destinados a la venta minorista y mayorista. Limpiar y desinfectar diariamente las superficies de trabajo, las herramientas y la maquinaria para prevenir la contaminación cruzada. Habilidades esenciales Experiencia en producción, trabajo general y labores de manufactura general. Adhesión a las estrictas directrices del Análisis de Peligros y Puntos Críticos de Control (HACCP) y de las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM). Job Title: Production Associate Job Description As a Production Worker, you will be directly involved in hands-on food processing, grading, and packaging. This role requires you to work on an assembly line within a temperature-controlled, cold-storage environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities • Process seafood products by cutting, cleaning, trimming, and portioning according to company specifications., • Sort raw materials and finished goods based on size, weight, and quality standards., • Package products into trays, bags, or boxes and seal them using automated vacuum machinery., • Apply accurate weight, date, and product labels to finished retail and wholesale packages., • Experience in production, general labor, and general production., • Adherence to strict Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines., • Ability to wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) including hairnets, smocks, gloves, and boots., • Ability to work long shifts in refrigerated rooms maintained between 30 & 40 degrees., • Physical stamina to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8-to-10-hour shifts., • Strength to routinely lift, push, and pull crates or boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Work in a temperature-controlled, cold-storage environment with long shifts in refrigerated rooms. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
