Position Summary The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, team leadership, inventory, scheduling, forecasting, financial performance, and community involvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily restaurant operations, • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a positive atmosphere, • Hire, train, and coach team members, • Manage schedules, labor, and inventory, • Oversee cleanliness, food safety, and store organization, • Monitor sales, costs, and financial performance, • Build strong community relationships, • Ensure compliance with company and health standards, • More as we grow into the roleQualifications, • Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail management, • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Full availability, including nights and weekends, • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus, • Authorized to work in the U.S., • Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft 365, Toast POS), • Food safety/health certification preferred (assistance provided if needed), • Veterans are strongly encouraged to applyCompensation & Benefits, • Competitive pay (based on experience), • Fun, high-energy work environment, • Growth and advancement opportunitiesEmpresa en crecimiento busca candidato/a para Gerente General de Restaurante.
