About the Role: The Lead Mechanic will support a team of mechanics, coordinate repair schedules, manage parts inventory, and communicate with operations staff to minimize downtime. Competencies: • Strategic leadership and decision-making, • Risk-based cybersecurity management, • Critical infrastructure and OT security expertise, • Program governance and execution, • Talent development and workforce strategy, • 8–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT environments, or critical infrastructure security., • 5+ years of experience in program or portfolio management of complex cybersecurity initiatives.
