As a Behavior Technician with Ladder of Success ABA, you will serve as a key member of our team, specializing in delivering FUN, evidence-based, and person-centered behavioral therapy to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities like Autism Spectrum Disorder. Position Summary By joining Ladder of Success ABA, you will be a part of a team that focuses on quality and compassionate care. Each child and family that comes to us is given the highest quality of treatment services. Your role as a Behavior Technician is to provide one-to-one behavioral intervention treatment, assisting clients in developing the skills necessary to be integrated into school and other community settings. The ideal Behavior Technician is independent and motivated to grow and expand their skills. We provide ongoing high supervision, training and support to further professional development. We are a BACB Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider. We are also a QBS Safety-Care Trainer. New and existing team members receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals to enhance their skills and confidence. Continuous education and training opportunities are provided to keep our team updated on best practices and new developments in ABA therapy. What Ladder of Success ABA OFFERS YOU! • Annual pay increase for all eligible Registered Behavior Technicians, • Consistent and ongoing training and support with growth opportunities for promotions!, • We pride ourselves on ensuring LOS promotes a supportive work environment with frequent and open communication across all team members to ensure everyone continues to THRIVE!, • Our experienced BCBAs provide FREE supervision for qualifying employees in a BCBA graduate program., • As a thank you to our hard working team members, Friday lunches are on us!, • Company shirts, tote bag, and other swag items!, • Conduct one-on-one behavioral treatment sessions implementing skill acquisition programs and behavior support interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)., • Implement programming that targets daily living skills, leisure skills, social skills, adaptive skills, and communication skills., • Monitors the client’s progress toward the goals of the treatment plan developed by the BCBA., • Take Data using provided clinical software., • Work closely with the BCBA to ensure treatment plans are implemented as developed., • Reports to the BCBA if the client is not achieving the goals and objectives set forth in the treatment plan so that the BCBA can modify the plan as necessary., • Participate and contribute to team meetings and group trainings., • Communicate effectively with parents, supervisors, and other related staff., • Assist BCBA with conducting certain types of assessments., • Assist with parent training goals as directed by BCBA., • In the event of an emergency, provide protection to the individual, which may include administering first aid or CPR., • Acceptable written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual skills are a plus!, • Commitment to confidentiality and dedication to upholding Ladder of Success ABA’s mission and service values, • Age: Must be 18 years or older, • Experience providing ABA therapy services is a plus!, • A passion for working with children and adolescents, • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Weekend, afternoon, and evening availability is a plus!, • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, ensuring the safety and comfort of children under your care., • Ability to squat, bend, sit and stand quickly $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Pay ranges depend on experience, the highest level of completed education, previous experience, and clinical vs non-clinical tasks.
