Title: Clinic Supervisor - Peoria Status: Full-time; Exempt, Salary Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year; depending on experience (specialty, clinic volume, front & back office preferred) Essential job functions/duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. • Identify patient service requirements by establishing rapport with the patient and others. Ability to assess, provide and interpret specific data., • Promote collaboration within the facility to improve patient access and patient outcomes to increase the efficiency of the team., • Assists with orientation and training of new team members., • Ensure patient flowsheet/check-out sheet is completed for each patient visit., • Conduct fibroscans, in preparation for providers examination. Implement provider orders promptly and with accuracy., • Maintain documentation of patient care services by scanning and completing patient and department records in accordance with established policies and procedures., • Document procedures, medication, delivery of care and pertinent information regarding care inside the EMR and 340B tracker., • Assist with 340B medication prior authorization by entering a task inside the EMR., • Educate patient on medications and directions for use. Support patients and providers in the medication refill process. Notify patients with specialty pharmacy information, prior authorization process and any delays in processing order., • Answer telephone calls and take messages for the provider and/or return telephone calls to patients, documenting all patient interaction in the patient electronic medical record., • Facilitates any patient reports and deliver's them to the provider.
