As a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative working remotely, you’ll support customers and grow your career toward becoming a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. TTEC covers training costs, state licensing exam fees, and ongoing certification, preparing you for a professional career in healthcare insurance sales. Responsibilities: * Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales * Assist customers in understanding healthcare coverage and choosing appropriate plans * Respond to inquiries with empathy, active listening, and effective solutions * Follow up on customer interactions and identify opportunities for upselling or upgrading products/services * Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Required Qualifications: * Bilingual in English and Spanish * Minimum six (6) months of sales experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service skills (empathy, compassion, active listening) * Strong computer navigation and multitasking ability * High-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) * Self-discipline and motivation to study for and pass a state insurance licensing exam Company DescriptionAbout TTEC Our business is about making customers happy.
