As we continue to scale our restoration operations, we are seeking an experienced Director of Restoration Operations to lead multi-location teams, develop operational excellence, and drive both revenue and profitability across the region. This position oversees multiple Restoration Service Managers and their teams, ensuring consistent processes, high-quality work, and exceptional customer experiences across all branches. Responsibilities include: Multi-Location Leadership • Oversee restoration operations across Raleigh, Norfolk, Richmond, Baltimore, and Alexandria, • Lead and mentor Restoration Service Managers and their teams (technicians, sales staff, and admins), • Ensure uniformity of processes, documentation, and customer service across all branches, • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow restoration revenue and improve profit margins, • Oversee P&L performance across all restoration locations, ensuring strong financial health, • Implement process optimization, workflow standardization, and productivity improvements, • Manage staffing plans, hiring decisions, and leadership development for branch-level managers, • Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and manage escalations, • Support managers in developing strong relationships with insurers, adjusters, and commercial clients, • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of equipment, materials, and fleet assets, • Maintain oversight of inventory controls, vendor relations, and purchasing, • 7–10+ years of restoration industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in multi-location leadership, • Strong operational leadership experience managing managers and large technical teams, • Proficiency with Xactimate, estimating, and insurance workflows, • Proven success increasing revenue, controlling costs, and improving divisional performance, • Ability to implement and maintain process-driven operational systems, • Knowledge of IICRC standards and restoration best practices, • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, • Experience managing P&L across multiple branches strongly preferred Interested in hearing more?
