Qualifications What You'll Need to Succeed • High School Diploma or GED, • Valid driver’s license, • Strong communication and active listening skills, • Ability to empathize with customers and solve problems effectively, • Willingness to obtain required state licenses (We’ll pay for it and train you!), • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated What will my work environment be like?
