Job Summary: The Senior Development Officer plays a central role in helping Treehouse achieve an ambitious, relationship-centered fundraising program that generates more than $7M annually in individual and major gifts to meet the needs of youth in foster care across Washington state. This Development position carries out strategic initiatives for individual contributed revenue, implements comprehensive multiyear fundraising strategies, and manages a portfolio of major donors to help deepen engagement and significantly grow philanthropic investment in Treehouse’s mission.
