Job Description Must be licensed in the State of Florida as a LMHC or LCSW Position Overview The School-Based Therapist Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight to a team of therapists delivering school-based mental health services. This role ensures quality care, compliance with regulatory standards, and professional development of team members, while maintaining a small caseload as needed for clinical coverage or supervision. Must be licensed in the State of Florida as a LMHC or LCSW with a Master's degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the Florida Department of Education or have completed all requirements for licensure submission. Minimum of five (3) years of experience in clinical service delivery and minimum of one (2) years of leadership experience required. Experience with Electronic Health Records highly preferred. Mathematical Skills and Reasoning Ability Basic and/or advanced computational skills may be necessary. Physical Demands This is a sedentary position, and the incumbent will be required to sit approximately 70 per cent of the time. Little to moderate lifting of less than 25 lbs. may be required. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
