We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Logistics Manager specializing in logistics, trucking and ocean freight for North and Central America. The Regional Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing regional logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute strategic plans for regional logistics operations, focusing on logistics, trucking and ocean freight for North and Central America., • Oversee the end-to-end order management and fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers., • Optimize transportation networks, including selecting and managing transportation providers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to achieve cost efficiencies and on-time delivery., • Coordinate and manage trucking operations, including supply planning and transport optimization to ensure efficient and timely deliveries & collections., • Oversee ocean freight operations, collaborating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import and export processes., • Implement and maintain logistics and supply chain systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy., • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures to enhance logistics performance., • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication throughout the supply chain., • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistics, trucking, ocean freight, and warehousing to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics function., • Foster relationships and collaborate with logistics partners (LSPs)., • Provide regular reports on transportation and logistics performance to the Director of Operations., • Work closely with the warehouse management team to streamline operations., • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices., • Work with HQ-Singapore in harmony and implement new logistics technological solutions to improve the result, processes, and visibility. DAILY ROUTINES: • Meet with logistics team members on touchpoint call/meeting to discuss issues and/or escalations., • Based on touchpoint, review and resolve issues escalations, • Attend various meetings that involve logistics., • Work on various projects, • LTL RFQ prep and, • TL RFQ prep, • SOP creation and review, • Carrier review, selection, and implementation, • KPI and performance improvement, • Collections process SKILLS & REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field)., • Fluency in English (spoken and written) required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred., • Proven ability to manage and optimize regional, multi-site logistics operations across warehouses, depots, and transportation networks., • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives., • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) to achieve regional logistics and service excellence., • High attention to detail with the ability to balance accuracy and speed in a complex operational environment., • Proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems preferred., • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor logistics KPIs, cost controls, and service-level performance across the region., • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of operating with a high level of autonomy and accountability., • Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and evolving business priorities within a regional scope., • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis and reporting), Word, and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
