Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Maintenance Manager with a hands-on leadership and solid maintenance management for a global Food Manufacturer located in Southern New Jersey. This Maintenance Manager will lead and develop a maintenance team and plan, optimize PM, optimize plant reliability and equipment performance output, further promote process efficiency, safety and reliability, support major capex project and plant expansion based on business growth. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with lucrative compensation, bonus, relocation assistance and benefit, in addition, the company would like to develop the right individual to become the Plant Engineering Manager in the future. Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a maintenance team, plan staffing outlook for maintenance, • Collaborate with cross functional teams in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, supply chain, contractors to plan, develop and improve a maintenance system, response to emergency maintenance request and collaborate with contracts on repair and upgrade on automated industrial and facility equipment., • Plan, schedule manpower based on maintenance work order schedule, provide hands-on training and coaching to subordinate and identify subordinate’s potentials to further develop the maintenance team, optimize and improve team performance and further stabilize turnover., • Develop, implement, and standardize maintenance practice, procedure and process across organization, plan and optimize resource for predictive and preventive maintenance, lead and manage plant maintenance programs, oversee equipment inspections, support safety and reliability training to optimize overall plant safety, reliability and efficiency., • Collect, analyze maintenance data, KPI and operational data to track, monitor up-time, down-time performance on industrial and automated systems, identify root causes and opportunities of improvement, further achieve higher efficiency, accuracy, cost saving on equipment performance output., • Collaborate with EHS, Reliability Engineer, Project Engineer to support new capex investment, installation, commissioning, upgrade, routine maintenance, repair, and upgrade., • Collaborate with Process, Quality, Reliability engineering and senior management, based on operational data, analysis to support CI, sustain and promote process safety, equipment reliability, and optimize operational output., • Manage, maintain, and update CMMS, manage and track work orders, Planned PM, spare parts inventory, MRP management and maintenance history, generate maintenance reports and address any issues with senior management., • Oversee MRO materials, lead the MRO supply planning based on maintenance demand, mange MRO budget and collaborate with procurement team on cost saving opportunities and further control maintenance budget. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, • 5+ years of tenure in maintenance management, plant engineering management, within food manufacturing industry, • Strong electro-mechanical aptitude, strong knowledge in automation and industrial systems, exposure to high-volume, high-speed manufacturing environment strongly desired., • Solid knowledge with PSA, Hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling system, facility HVAC system, etc., • Hands-on leadership skill, ability to establish rapport and hold subordinate accountable, ability to restructure and develop a team., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, strong knowledge in Project Management skill., • Strong mindset in process improvement, process safety and reliability., • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CMMS and ERP based systems., • Aspiration to advance to senior management level Compensation and Benefit: • Lucrative base compensation, • Annual bonus and merit bonus, • 401k with match, • PTO, • Paid Holidays, • Health, dental and vision, • Life Insurance, • Disability Insurance, • Tuition Reimbursement, • Competitive relocation assistance
