The NYISO's Market Mitigation and Analysis department invites applications for a full-time Manager, Capacity Analysis & Mitigation to join our team. The Manager, Capacity Analysis & Mitigation is responsible for supervising and coordinating the operation of Capacity Analysis & Mitigation staff and activities, ensuring administration, implementation and enforcement of the applicable ICAP market provisions of the FERC approved Market Monitoring Plan, Attachment H of the Market Services Tariff (MST) and other regulatory requirements and orders. The Manager will also support validation of ICAP auctions and evaluation models, and development and implementation of long-term and short-term department plans. This individual will assist the Senior Manager in identifying and developing risk management and process tools, as well as support the activities of other groups in the Market Mitigation and Analysis department.
