Position Summary: To assist in the achievement of the companys strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of Good Life Brands (the Holding Company) vision, mission, purpose, and values. Responsibilities: • Create a "care" culture., • Oversee expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and fleet., • Responsible for facilities management, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair to ensure the protection of company assets., • Ensure the team follows best practices in managing inventories for all trades, including proper consumption of inventory, safeguarding of all parts / materials, and overall inventory control of all company assets., • Coordinate with other departments / branches to ensure appropriate job objectives are met effectively and completely., • Oversee safety compliance to OSHA standards, including employee training and compliance., • Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions when necessary., • Evaluate work and personnel schedules to ensure customers needs are covered, technicians are not overburdened, and to achieve maximum growth potential., • Evaluate work and personal schedules to maximize efficiency in achieving profit margins and customer satisfaction objectives., • Maintain compliance of licensing, codes, and permits., • Manage and develop service staff to include recruiting, hiring, performance management, discipline, and termination., • Manage to performance metrics scorecard., • Provide feedback, coaching, and ongoing technical and communication training to increase performance., • Conduct weekly meetings and direct work assignments to maximize production., • Review of service tickets to ensure all field technicians adhere to procedural standards of reporting and documentation., • Conduct work evaluations, job site surveys and ride along with technicians., • Assist dispatch in ensuring the appropriate technician for the type of service, and ensure accurate dis-patch, arrival, and completion times., • Manage to performance metric scorecard., • Review customer satisfaction/issues daily and resolve any issues same day., • Participate in all company sponsored training classes., • Perform other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:, • High School Diploma or GED., • EPA certification as applicable., • NATE certification preferred., • Associate degree in related field preferred., • Minimum Five years experience preferred, but not required, of verifiable managerial, technical, or sales experience in residential service operation., • Knowledge of industry service requirements for residential and light commercial., • Proven, consistent track record of meeting and exceeding objectives., • Possess good analytical skills and must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through., • Knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements., • Function in a team environment and possess a willingness to effectively lead a team in a way that produces positive outcome through recruitment, motivation, and training of staff., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills., • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations., • Must have computer experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook., • Valid drivers license and approved to drive by Companys insurance carrier.Physical Requirements:, • Occasionally lift 50 pounds with ability to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices)., • Occasionally works in outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)., • In the field, climbs ladders and steep stairs. Majority of time spent standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching. Often works in tight spaces such as attics and/or crawlspaces., • Able to work under stressful conditions either verbal and/or physical confrontations., • Have good visual acuity to see and focus close, distance and peripheral vision with normal depth perception., • Willing to work hours outside of normal work schedule, if needed.Position-Specific Standards:, • Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times., • Maintain a professional image at all times by wearing company-approved apparel., • Abide by all standards of performance and ethics., • Follow all safety policies and procedures., • Maintain confidentially on all private, sensitive, and proprietary business issues and concerns.
