Scope of Position: Under the supervision of the Area Director and individual Program Directors, the Clinical Coordinator will provide direct support and serve as an internal consultant for residents at The Bridge Safe Havens, located in the Bronx and Harlem. They will work with high-need clients in these temporary housing locations as the clients transition into supportive housing. The Clinical Coordinator will collaborate with the Program Directors to supervise Case Management staff, and client visits may take place in the community, hospitals, clinics, or in coordination with clients’ external support systems. This position requires travel between multiple program sites; the employee will be provided with an unlimited monthly MetroCard and access to agency vehicles, as needed and available.
