Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Account Manager at Complete Apartment Care (CAC) serves as the primary liaison between our company and a dedicated portfolio of apartment communities. This role ensures clients receive timely, high-quality service while identifying opportunities for growth across CAC’s full suite of offerings—including painting, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and proactive, capable of managing multiple accounts with care and precision. They combine strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset, ensuring every property manager experiences CAC’s commitment to reliability, professionalism, and results. Headquartered in Pensacola, Florida, CAC helps property management teams across the Southeast streamline apartment turnovers, reduce vacancy times, and maintain high tenant satisfaction—all through dependable, full-service solutions delivered by skilled, service-minded professionals. OBJECTIVES • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and on-site staff across assigned accounts., • Plan, coordinate, and oversee service schedules with the Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure timely completion., • Present proposals, secure approvals, and track account revenue to meet growth goals., • Conduct regular site visits to verify service quality, gather feedback, and identify additional property needs., • Capture job details, notes, and photos using CAC’s systems (Zoho CRM/FSM/Books)., • Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, addressing concerns and updates professionally., • Identify and present opportunities for bundled services and expanded work orders., • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing, documentation, and reporting., • Represent CAC with professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness in every client interaction., • Strong relationship management and client service skills, • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, • Strategic thinker who recognizes growth opportunities within existing accounts, • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accountability, • Proactive problem solver with a professional and positive attitude, • Technologically proficient with mobile apps, CRM systems, and digital reporting, • Strong collaboration across departments (Sales, Operations, Scheduling, Finance), • Capable of managing time effectively while meeting goals and deadlines Education: • Minimum 2 years in property services, facilities management, construction, or account management., • Proven experience maintaining client relationships and growing account portfolios., • Comfortable conducting site visits and working closely with property management teams., • Familiarity with CRM or field service software (Zoho experience a plus)., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred., • Frequent travel between apartment communities within assigned territory., • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods during property visits., • May occasionally lift up to 15 lbs (materials, equipment, documents)., • Comfortable working both in office settings and on-site environments., • Total compensation range: $40,000 – $70,000 annually (base + commission)., • Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for client needs., • Benefits include:, • 401(k), • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off, • Parental leave, • Professional development assistance, • Company phone and software apps provided for daily use., • Opportunities for advancement in a rapidly expanding company.
