Job Description Sonic District Leader Job description Position Summary A growing fast casual restaurant is seeking a dynamic District Leader to lead multiple restaurant locations across the Baldwin County region. This role is ideal for an experienced operator with a proven ability to elevate under-performing markets, build strong teams, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant units, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, service quality, and operational goals., • Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to General Managers and store teams to strengthen performance and culture., • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate service, food quality, cleanliness, team development, and adherence to company policies., • Analyze financial reports, manage P&L performance, and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and cost control (labor, food, paper, etc.)., • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of management-level talent., • Enforce compliance with labor laws, health regulations, and safety standards across all locations., • Drive community engagement and foster local store marketing opportunities to support growth., • Partner with HR and executive leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations., • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, preferably in QSR or fast casual dining., • Demonstrated success in turning around underperforming units or markets., • Strong leadership and people development skills with the ability to build high-performing teams., • Deep understanding of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory controls., • Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and food safety regulations., • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities., • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed., • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)., • Proficiency in POS, scheduling, and operational systems.
