Plan display product movement and address layout challenges to optimize product placement and density. Conduct pre-project site visits and review layout maps to ensure feasibility and alignment. (15%), • Team Involvement & Communication – Fosters effective communication across all teams involved in merchandising projects. Leads kickoff meetings at the start of each project and conducts daily AM and PM check-ins with project and showroom teams. Actively seeks feedback from sales and marketing departments, making necessary adjustments to improve execution. Builds strong partnerships and maintains open dialogue between Sales, Visual, and Merchandising teams. Collaboration with Merchandise Planning on showroom floor plans, product assortments, planned transitions, and project materials. Communicates regularly with visual leadership regarding product placement, showroom status, and resource allocation. Provides valuable feedback to Merchandising and Operations teams on product quality, packaging, and delivery.
