Job Description Job Title: Practice Manager – Litigation & International Disputes Overview: A fast-paced, high-performing law firm is seeking a tech-savvy, proactive, and business-minded Practice Manager to support two senior partners focused on complex commercial litigation and international disputes. Prior experience in high-stakes litigation—especially large-scale discovery, motion practice, and federal/state court filings—is essential. This role blends legal operations, administrative support, and strategic coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and troubleshoot virtual meetings (Zoom, etc.) and optimize workflows using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, iManage, Orion, and cloud-based tools, • Provide operational and administrative support on litigation and international dispute matters, • Manage internal document systems to ensure accurate tracking of work product and court filings, • Oversee billing lifecycle, including time entry review, invoice preparation, and follow-ups, • Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and shifting priorities, • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and client service, • Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, • Track deadlines, assignments, and long-term deliverables with accuracy, • Assist with matter management, engagement letters, and reporting, • Create and edit litigation documents with advanced MS Office skills, • Handle sensitive communications, court filings, and confidential documents, • Collaborate with Finance, IT, HR, and other teams to support evolving needs Requirements: • 6+ years of experience supporting senior litigators in a law firm, • Strong technical skills (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat; iManage experience a plus), • Familiarity with law firm operations including billing and document management, • Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, • Notary Public license or willingness to obtain within 3 months, • High level of discretion and client service mindset
