Founded in 2006, KPI has over 400 consultants and has successfully delivered over 1,000 projects to our clients. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment.\n, • Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.\n, • Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.\n, • Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.\n, • Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.\n, • Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, governance reviews, and executive reporting.\n, • Monitor program performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to ensure value realization.\n, • Establish best practices for AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI usage.\n, • Support change management activities, including user enablement, training, and adoption strategies.\n, • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and automation.\n\n \n Requirements \n\n • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n, • 8+ years of Program Management, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or related experience.\n, • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.\n, • Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.\n, • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.\n, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n, • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.\n, • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.\n, • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.\n\n \n Preferred Qualifications \n\n • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.\n, • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI/automation platforms.\n, • Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.\n, • Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and change management initiatives.\n, • Familiarity with data analytics, KPI development, and ROI measurement.\n, • Experience partnering with senior leadership to define and execute strategic technology initiatives."\n\n \n Why KPI Partners \n At KPI, you will be part of a fast-growing consulting firm at the intersection of data, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.
