Role Overview We are hiring a Sales Enablement and Product Marketing Associate to support Highnote's enterprise go-to-market efforts across issuing, acquiring, and money movement. This hybrid role sits between Sales, Marketing, and Product and ensures our Sales Teams have the structure, insights, and materials they need to engage enterprise prospects and move opportunities forward. Reporting to the Head of Issuing Sales, with a dotted line to the Marketing Communications Director, this person will coordinate outbound activity, develop enablement materials, support product marketing initiatives, and help plan unified go-to-market programs. As the company continues to grow, this role will also support onboarding and training new Sales team members to ensure they have what they need to be productive quickly. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys connecting organization, communication, and cross functional execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination and Outreach • Support the Sales Team with organization and management of priority accounts, contact lists, and pipeline activity., • Conduct warm outreach, early touchpoint engagement, and nurturing sequences to tee up deeper conversations for vertical sales leads., • Coordinate outbound motions across issuing, acquiring, and money movement to ensure clear sequencing, timely follow ups, and consistent messaging., • Prepare briefing materials, outreach plans, and supporting content for Sales meetings, demos, and industry events., • Maintain high quality CRM data to support forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning., • Build and maintain sales materials including decks, one pagers, playbooks, solution overviews, and vertical content., • Customize enablement materials for enterprise opportunities and manage content requests from Sales., • Stay aligned with Product teams to understand new features, releases, and roadmap developments and incorporate them into sales enablement., • Support the development of vertical messaging, competitive insights, persona details, and market research., • Track cross functional requests, deadlines, and enablement workstreams., • 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, or a similar hybrid role., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product concepts for enterprise audiences., • Ability to work effectively with Sales Teams and cross functional partners., • Strong organization and project management capabilities., • Experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance., • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, ABM platforms, and marketing automation systems., • Understanding of issuing, acquiring, or real-time money movement is helpful but not required., • Experience working across Sales, Marketing, and Product in a fast growing fintech., • Exposure to leadership and influence over go-to-market materials and strategy., • The opportunity to support enterprise sales across multiple financial products., • A deep understanding of modern payments and embedded finance.Why Highnote?, • We're a startup that allows for our employees to truly build from the ground up and impact every layer of our organization., • We're a team of payments obsessed individuals.
