Job DescriptionRole Title: Sales Manager Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation Range: Salary + team override + performance incentives ($80,000 - $130,000+) Location: Allen, TX (Hybrid – Field & Office) If you thrive on accountability, love developing people, and believe numbers tell the truth—this role was built for you. 🎯 Role Overview As our Sales Manager, you’ll develop and lead Project Consultants to consistently hit sales goals while executing our sales systems with discipline. You’ll coach in the field, reinforce scripting and methodology, and drive performance through clear metrics, direct feedback, and a culture of trust and accountability. 🚀 Key Responsibilities • Lead and coach Project Consultants to hit Net Qualified Sales (NQS) targets, • Drive NSLI improvement month-over-month through coaching, field training, and accountability, • Improve close rate month-over-month through roleplay, scripting, ride-alongs, and feedback loops, • Conduct regular 1-on-1s focused on goals, metrics, and performance improvement plans, • Perform ride-alongs (in person and via Rilla) to diagnose skill gaps and coach in real time, • Reinforce disciplined execution of the F7 sales methodology, pricing sequence, urgency techniques, and assumptive closing, • Require and improve manager calls at the conclusion of every appointment, • Implement performance benching and targeted retraining for underperforming Project Consultants, • Build a healthy, competitive, encouraging culture where accountability is normal, • Net Qualified Sales (NQS) goals met or exceeded (monthly + quarterly), • NSLI increases month-over-month from the established baseline, • Close rate increases month-over-month after ramp period, • Consistent compliance with manager-call protocol and sales systems, • Improved Project Consultant performance through roleplay, coaching, and ride-alongs, • Love coaching and developing people to higher performance, • Enjoy holding others accountable and having direct conversations, • Believe numbers tell the truth and you use them daily to drive action, • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where standards matter, • Take ownership, move with urgency, and don’t make excuses, • Can lead a team with both encouragement and firm expectations 🚫 This Role Is NOT for You If You…, • Avoid conflict or struggle to hold others accountable, • Prefer “vibes” over measurable performance, • Need constant direction or hand-holding, • Resist structure, systems, or scripting, • Get discouraged easily or bring negativity to the team, • Tend to over-criticize without building solutions 🎁 What We Offer, • Salary + team overrides + performance incentives (target total compensation $100,000+), • Company vehicle, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Short-term disability, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid holidays + PTO, • Leadership development and ongoing training Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer.
