Compensation: $133,500 Responsibilities: • Lead seller consultations and manage the listing process from start to close, • Develop pricing strategies based on market data and local trends, • Partner with the marketing team to launch and promote listings, • Communicate consistently with sellers and manage expectations, • Negotiate offers and contract terms to achieve strong outcomes, • Coordinate with operations, escrow, and transaction coordination, • Host listing appointments, open houses, and private showings as needed, • Stay current on market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County, • Follow team systems and standards to deliver a consistent client experienceQualifications:, • Active California real estate license, • Experience working with sellers or strong interest in specializing on listings, • Solid understanding of pricing, market data, and negotiation strategy, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented, • Coachable and comfortable working within team systems, • Ability to collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership, • Must live in Contra Costa or Solano County and know the local marketAbout Company The Davis Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in California, built to help Listing Agents operate at a higher level through leverage, systems, and support.
