Job DescriptionBenefits: • Training & development, • Bonus based on performance, • Paid time off, • 401(k) This is a true sales role focused on new business production, bundling, and consultative selling across multiple products. Responsibilities: • Proactively generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, and assigned leads, • Quote, present, and close a broad range of Allstate personal lines insurance products, including but not limited to Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Umbrella, Motorcycle, and Life Insurance, based on customer needs, • Identify and maximize bundling and cross-sell opportunities to drive value for clients and performance results, • Meet or exceed monthly sales, premium, and VC production goals, • Educate prospects on coverage options and recommend tailored insurance solutions, • Accurately document quotes, sales activity, and follow-ups in CRM / Allstate systems, • Maintain compliance with Allstate guidelines, agency standards, and Washington State regulations, • Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings, • Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of new policiesJob Qualifications, • Active Washington State Property & Casualty (P&C) license REQUIRED, • Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience (outbound preferred), • Proven ability to produce and sustain VC results, • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills, • Comfortable in a metrics-driven sales environment (talk-time, activity, VC targets), • Self-motivated, accountable, and coachable, • Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications, • High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)Compensation & Benefits:, • Hourly Pay: $21.30/hour (2026 Seattle minimum wage), • Uncapped commission tied directly to VC production, • Multiple VC-based bonus opportunities, including individual, team, and agency-level incentives, • Medical benefits with employer contribution, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 1 year of employment, • Ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development, • Clear VC benchmarks and advancement opportunities Disclosure: Each agency is different in how their staff, book of business, sales process, and compensation is structured.
