As a Customer Solutions Specialist – Counter Sales Lead, you're the steady hand that keeps the front counter running like a well-oiled machine. You stay ahead by keeping displays visually appealing and well-organized, ensuring products are labeled correctly and easy to find, even the overstock. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalency, • 2+ years of related experience, • Previous sales experience, • Experience with team leadership and personnel management, • Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, • Cross-functional agility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, • Bilingual in Spanish, • Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply, • Ability to facilitate collaboration, • Ability to perform work independently and under direct supervision, • Plumbing retail/wholesale experience, • A bachelor's degree, • Experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Savance, etc.), • Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc) READY TO APPLY?
