Job Description Real Estate Marketing Assistant - Client Events Assistant • Are you skilled at creating & implementing client events? Highly organized & experienced with engagement on social media platforms?, • Can you write creatively at a high level & love storytelling? Applicants without a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Management will not be considered. If you are proactive, have excellent organizational skills, and can oversee all stages of a marketing project—concept to post-event evaluations—this role might be the ideal match for you! This exciting position entails creating, organizing, and implementing all facets of marketing strategies, such as branding, property advertising, customer gatherings, social media, and more. You will collaborate with a successful Realtor who prioritizes top-tier customer service and specializes in a personalized, client-centric real estate enterprise. We are excited to connect with you! Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Create Client Event Experiences to Increase Client Engagement & Referrals • Plan, implement, and execute client events, • Create and deliver swag bags and pop-by's to clients, • Manage birthday "spinners" and monthly drawings, • Order and manage client gifts (including closing gifts), • Content Creation Social Media Management, • Produce monthly newsletters and blog posts, • Manage daily social media posts, • Write marketing copy for listings, • Create home marketing materials ( brochures, online content), • Administrative Marketing Support, • Maintain and update the SOP manual and website, • Manage drip email campaigns for past clients and Realtor referrals, • Print client call lists weekly, • Attend home photo appointments, • Property Marketing Vendor Management, • Prepare and install directional signs for open houses/home sales, • Meet/ Communicate with contractors and vendor partners, • General Office Duties, • Work (8-4 or 9-5), with occasional after-hours for events, • Collaborate with the admin team on website and marketing updates, • Assist with management and research Continuous Improvement • Stay current with real estate marketing trends and best practices Flexibility Teamwork • Adapt to changing priorities and assist team members as needed, • Organizational Prowess, • 3-5 Years of Marketing Managerial Experience, • Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, • Keen eye for detail and systematic approach to work, • Time Management, • Consistent record of timely task completion, • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, • Multitasking Maven, • Comfortable handling various projects simultaneously, • Adaptable to changing priorities and workloads, • Logical Decision-Making, • Analytical approach to problem-solving, • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, • Creative Design Skills, • Flair for visually appealing marketing materials, • Ability to think outside the box for innovative designs, • AI Marketing Savvy, • Understanding of AI applications in marketing, • Ability to leverage AI tools for enhanced marketing strategies, • Team Player, • Takes direction well and implements feedback effectively, • Collaborates seamlessly with team members, • Problem-Solving Ace, • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, • Creative troubleshooting skillsAbout Company Join Masha Halpern Boutique Homes and thrive in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
