You will be working directly with our team of experienced attorneys, providing crucial support in the preparation and management of various family law cases. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in family law. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support to our attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and more., • Conduct thorough and accurate document reviews, identifying relevant information and summarizing findings for attorneys., • Prepare and manage all legal documentation, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses., • Assist with case preparation, including gathering and organizing evidence, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries., • Conduct legal research and draft memorandums, briefs, and other legal documents., • Coordinate and manage schedules, deadlines, and court dates, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared., • Act as a liaison between the attorneys, clients, and court personnel, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times., • Assist with trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits, witness preparation, and trial logistics., • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law or related field., • At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in family law., • Proficiency in document review and the preparation of legal documentation., • Strong knowledge of legal research methods and legal terminology., • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail., • Excellent written and oral communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality., • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
