Job Description At Catapult, we are supporting our member, WorkSpace Moving Solutions, in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a full time, onsite role in Durham, NC. The schedule is estimated to be Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and refine our warehouse operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all materials are received, stored, tracked, and distributed with precision and care, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term process improvements. The ideal candidate has experience managing inventory systems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing warehouse processes, developing and maintaining SOPs, and ensuring compliance with FDA-related handling and documentation standards. Responsibilities • Oversee warehouse inventory control functions, including receiving, storage, and material transfers, • Coordinate receiving, unpacking, and documentation of inbound shipments, • Maintain accurate digital records and manage first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices, • Conduct regular cycle counts and prepare customer inventory reports, • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards, • Inspect facilities, vehicles, and equipment; schedule maintenance as needed, • Supervise, lead, manage and mentor warehouse personnel to achieve consistent performance, • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for efficient scheduling and deliveries, • Develop, document, and improve operational SOPs and workflows, • Support GMP and cGMP-related inventory management activities Qualifications • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, • Experience with MRP/ERP systems; cGMP experience preferred, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate team members, • Forklift and order picker operation (training provided; experience a plus), • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods, • Strong integrity, dependability, and organizational skills, • U.S. work authorization required Compensation & Benefits Highlights • Competitive pay (depending on experience), • 401k, • 10 days PTO annually (accrued), • 8 paid holidays, • 5 days paid paternity leave, • Uniform Allowance EOE
