General Description The Brand Coordinator supports the Marketing team in maintaining the branding for all neighborly entities. The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the branding, collateral creation, and communication efforts for new and existing developments, as well as corporate initiatives. This role involves developing logos and signage, managing print and digital collateral, maintaining brand standards, and executing internal and external communications across multiple platforms. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This job description is designed to provide a general overview of the expected responsibilities. It is important to note that additional duties may be assigned as required to ensure the success of both the community and the companys objectives. • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design logos and brand kits., • Research and propose names for new developments as directed by the Director of Marketing and Brand Management., • Design, and order all permanent signage, including monument signs, internal logo signs, directional signage, and additional branding elements as needed by other entities, including but not limited to development projects, construction projects, and properties., • Develop and produce marketing materials to support leasing and community branding, including flyers, brochures, business cards, leasing guides, newsletters, and move-in gifts., • Design and order temporary and promotional signage such as A-frames, banners, flags, and outreach flyers., • Manage and maintain collateral through Vistaprint ProShop, ensuring property-specific materials are updated, removed, or added as needed., • Order and maintain inventory of branded materials and merchandise for the company., • Review and update company marketing guides annually, distributing them to all employees., • Design and maintain branded Microsoft Office templates (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ensure compliance with brand standards across all departments., • Support company-wide communications by creating and distributing employee newsletters., • Maintain consistent and professional email signature templates across the organization., • Set up and manage social media accounts for the portfolio., • Create engaging and informative content for social platforms and property listings, with a focus on increasing visibility and engagement., • Maintain a consistent posting schedule for locations of focus as directed by the Director of Marketing and Brand Management; a minimum of 23 posts per week., • Conduct quarterly audits of all social media and online property listings to ensure accurate information, images, and branding., • Assist the Director of Marketing & Brand Management on maintaining social media channels for the corporate brand to ensure posts are regular and interactions are addressed within 48 hours., • Schedule and coordinate corporate headshots annually or as needed., • Participate in company event planning meetings and execute marketing needs for internal and external events. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Ability to interact with others while emphasizing the principles of an outward mindset., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing., • Exceptional problem-solving abilities., • Motivated to respond promptly to the needs and requests of the Director of Marketing and Brand Management., • Strong eye for detail and consistency in visual and written branding., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing needs while meeting important deadlines., • Alignment with company values and ability to represent the Neighborly Way vision., • Creative thinker who can balance innovation with brand guidelines., • Self-motivated and eager to pursue ongoing professional development., • Committed to acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality., • Experience working with Adobe and Canva required., • Experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business)., • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain branded templates and styles. Education and Experience • Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience., • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Communication, and administrative support preferably in Real Estate, Property Management or related industry.
