Job DescriptionAs part of the Subway® Team, you as a Multi-Unit Manager will focus on four main things: • Coordinating and supporting all activities within assigned geographic area, • Training, coaching and supporting managers, • Creating plans and setting business goals for your assigned restaurants, • Training shift managers, assistant managers and managers on all aspects of operational excellence, • Developing and maintaining staffing levels for all managers and assistant managers, • Providing leadership to all managers and staff to ensure compliance with operating standards, • Champion staff in efforts to achieve sales goals with the use of provided reports highlighting any opportunities available, • Brand partnership discounts, • Scholarship Opportunities, • Opportunity to earn University course credits ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Must be an excellent communicator with great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Basic math and accounting with strong analytical/decision-making skills are imperative. Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff is critical. Computer knowledge is essential. Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. *You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location
