We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who speaks fluent “growth.” If you’ve ever sold fintech or lived in a CRM, you already get it — funnels, nurture, data, rhythm. You love the chase, but you’re also a thinker. You ask smart questions. You build trust fast. You know how to connect the dots between a client’s pain point and a clear, valuable solution. You’ve played in the fintech or B2B world, know your way around a CRM, and love turning good conversations into real opportunities. You’re the kind of person who asks thoughtful questions, connects dots others miss, and actually enjoys learning how businesses make money. You bring energy with professional polish — confident, curious, and ready to grow fast. What You'll Actually Do • Run point on inbound and outbound campaigns — calls, emails, website inquiries, Instagram, and LinkedIn are your tools of choice., • Build relationships with founders, operators, and referral partners (bankers, CFOs, VCs, networking groups, etc.)., • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and webinars., • Book qualified discovery meetings and keep the pipeline moving., • Track everything Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment., • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, manage outreach cadences, and move prospects through a sales funnel., • Comfortable with outbound prospecting via email, phone, in-person meetings, and LinkedIn., • Developed Strong communication skills — you know how to ask great questions, listen actively, and tailor your message., • Mastered CRM platforms to track activity and manage pipeline., • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball., • Naturally curious about business — you like understanding how companies make money and where they can grow., • Completed a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). COMPENSATION STATEMENT The expected OTE for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 during the first year, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
