The ideal candidate will have a strong background or desire in sports or coaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging environment for junior athletes. This role involves working closely with students to develop their skills, enhance teamwork, and promote a love for the sport of volleyball. The Volleyball Coach will be responsible for coaching in the charter school athletic association games, leading practices 1x per week, and guiding athletes during competitions. Practice must be scheduled at least once a week and games will be scheduled once to twice a week. Duties Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to the skill levels of athletes. Conduct regular practices focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies. Provide constructive feedback to athletes to help them improve their performance.
