In this pivotal role, you will independently execute complex analytical testing, interpret data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes within a fast-paced, high-throughput environment. Your expertise will support the manufacturing and quality assurance of our vital pharmaceutical offerings, helping maintain our commitment to TOP quality standards and regulatory compliance. Key Skills Required • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field, • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory setting, • Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, KF titration, FT-IR, UV/Vis, and melting point analysis, • Extensive experience with wet chemistry, USP compendia methods, and complex chemical testing including related substances, impurities, and residual solvents, • Strong documentation skills for preparing SOPs, technical reports, and investigation documentation, • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and independently solve analytical problems, • Familiarity with laboratory software such as Empower chromatography data systems and LIMS is preferred, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • A demonstrated commitment to safety, cGMP, cGLP, and environmental health standards Nice To Have Skills • Experience with laboratory inventory management systems, • Prior experience training less experienced staff, • Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations specific to pharmaceutical labs Preferred Education & Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a scientific discipline, • 7+ years relevant pharmaceutical laboratory experience, • Proven track record of working with high standards of quality and regulatory compliance Other Requirements • Ability to work sedentary with occasional walking or standing, • Repetitive motion activities involving hands and wrists, • Use of personal protective equipment, including PAPR as necessary, • Physical dexterity for detailed analytical work, • Willingness to collaborate across departments and contribute to a cohesive team environment If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a forward-thinking, innovative organization committed to making a difference, we invite you to apply.
