About the Role The Video Conferencing (VC) Team Lead oversees Tier one enterprise video conferencing support, hybrid collaboration support across conference rooms, executive offices, and large corporate events for a core customer account. This role ensures reliable meeting experiences, manages room technologies, and leads the VC Team in delivering exceptional support for high-visibility events. Key Responsibilities: • Manage conference room setup, resource mailboxes, scheduling permissions, and One Button To Push configurations., • Provide full-duration, in-person support for VIP and executive meetings and high-visibility events., • Oversee the VC Team mailbox, calendar, and ServiceNow queues., • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco systems, and multi-system workflows., • Create and maintain documentation; train VC team members., • Support temporary guest WiFi accounts and room reclassification requests., • Coordinate event planning, testing, and on-site support for VIP webinars and meetings., • Provide daily Corporate Conference Center room support, including equipment setup and user coordination., • Audit and test conference room technologies (Cisco, ClickShare, HDMI, Miracast, microphones, speakers, monitors)., • Manage and publish the weekly VC Conference Room Dashboard., • Administer Zoom accounts, including meeting/webinar creation, reporting, and user assistance., • Assist with Microsoft Teams meeting support and feature guidance., • Coordinate new VC installations, cabling checks, testing, and Evoko programming., • Manage room resource creation, One Button To Push access, and scheduling permissions., • Produce user documentation such as brochures, table tents, wallpapers, and how-to guides., • Manage VC loaner equipment, including mobile VC carts, monitors, projectors, speakers, and adapters. We are looking for someone with the following competencies: • High School Diploma required., • Two-year college or university program certificate is a plus, • Two+ years related experience in AV and/or video conference tier one support., • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and general AV/VC systems., • Previous management or team lead experience preferred., • Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially with executives., • Ability to stay calm and professional during live, high-pressure events., • Experience managing shared mailboxes, process documentation, or event support., • AV/VC support background, ServiceNow experience, or IT operations exposure preferred., • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals., • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations., • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Spreadsheet software and Project Management software Why Cochran?
