Job Description This position will be on-site a large corporate facility. Position Summary We’re seeking an Facilities Support Specialist to oversee the daily operations of a corporate facility in Dallas, Texas. This role is hands-on and highly visible—responsible for keeping the workplace safe, functional, and professional at all times. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day facility operations to ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning workplace, • Directs the day-to-day operations and maintenance at multi-floor corporate facility., • Enforce facilities operations and maintenance according policies and procedures., • Define scope of work, gather pricing, and prepare estimates and produce supplies for facility projects, • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for building issues, service requests, and vendor coordination, • Coordinate and perform workspace setups, including moving heavy furniture, reconfiguring offices, and supporting events/meetings, • Conduct routine inspections and proactively identify maintenance needs (lighting, HVAC, restrooms, break areas, office prep, meeting space coordination, doors/locks, etc.), • Manage vendor relationships (janitorial, landscaping, pest control, security, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and verify work quality, • Track work orders, service tickets, and preventative maintenance schedules, • Support office services: mail/package handling, supply inventory, basic repairs, signage, • Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects, • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes., • Assist in seasonal preparation of the interior and the facility, • Assist with safety and compliance efforts (incident reporting, emergency readiness, hazard identification, basic OSHA-style best practices), • Partner with internal teams to support employee experience and business operations onsite, • manage facility repairs with technicians, vendors, and contractors, • 3+ years of facilities, building operations, property operations, or similar experience, • Strong comfort working in a hands-on environment, • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm, service-oriented approach, • Professional client-facing disposition, • Proficiency with email and work order systems, • Strong communication skills and professionalism in a corporate environment, • Valid driver’s license and reliable, • Extensive organizational skills, • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future, • Physical Requirements (Required), • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 lbs, • Must be able to move and reposition office furniture (chairs, tables, workstations, small filing cabinets), • Frequent walking, bending, crouching, and standing throughout the workday, • On-site at a corporate facility in Downtown Dallas,Texas, • schedule: Monday–Friday 7-4 with 1 hour lunch Prefer · Experience coordinating office moves, workspace reconfigurations, or event setups · Familiarity with vendor management, preventative maintenance, or basic building systems What We Offer • Competitive pay (based on experience), • A stable, high-impact role
