Job Description Summary: Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. Travel: 90–100% nationwide travel required. Project Types: Retail, restaurant (QSR), grocery, fuel/convenience store, and federal construction projects including ground-up builds, remodels, and structural concrete work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Field Operations • Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations, • Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress, • Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule, • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow, • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance, • Conduct daily safety meetings, site inspections, and job hazard analysis, • Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards, • Perform regular jobsite walkthroughs and inspections, • Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence, • Coordinate trades to prevent conflicts and maintain project flow, • Maintain daily reports including manpower, progress, weather, and safety updates, • Communicate field updates and issues to the Project Manager, • Manage punch list completion and final inspections, • Coordinate site demobilization and project turnover, • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, • 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, • Experience managing commercial construction projects, • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination, • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred), • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, • OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain), • First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is a veteran-owned business that provides construction, program management, real estate & site development, and architecture & engineering services for restaurant, grocery, fuel and convenience store, retail, and government sectors nationwide. The anticipated compensation range for the position is $90,000 to $120,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
