We are seeking a tech-savvy and innovative Cloud Infrastructure and Automation Intern to join our team. The Cloud Infrastructure and Automation Intern will support our team in designing and optimizing cloud architecture, developing automation solutions, and managing vendor relationships. This role emphasizes collaboration with product teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of cloud initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities of the Intern, Cloud Infrastructure and Automation: • Assist in cloud architecture design and contribute to discussions on infrastructure strategy., • Support the development of automation pipelines, gaining an understanding of how they integrate with cloud environments., • Learn and apply Terraform for infrastructure as code, with exposure to scripting., • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project success., • Gain familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud) and assist in managing and creating cloud resources., • Help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to cloud environments, infrastructure, and application performance., • Learn and apply cloud management tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and ticketing platforms (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)., • Contribute to technical documentation and reporting for cloud projects and software solutions., • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field., • Foundational knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud)., • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)., • Familiarity with cloud management tools, infrastructure monitoring, and ticketing systems., • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills., • Above-average organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills., • Ability to multi-task, adapt to ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment., • Pay for this position with be $25/hour, • Interns will be located in our Cary, NC office on a hybrid schedule. The intern must live within commutable distance to the office and provide own housing. A housing stipend or relocation assistance will not be offered., • The duration of our program is10 weeks, beginning on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, • Candidates must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate course of study and be rising senior (senior commencing Fall 2026) with a minimum GPA of3.3and be eligible to work in the US.
